Introducing Mike McArthur, our newest Tier One Support Technician based in Auckland. With a strong background in retail and customer service, Mike brings a hands-on approach and a genuine Kiwi spirit to the Both Brains team.
Q. What made you want to join the Both Brains Team?
“I was attracted to Both Brains for its small team with an outsized impact, embodying a collaborative hub of diverse expertise, like a Wikipedia of knowledge. I truly value the personal connections I build with our clients.
Q. What are some of your hobbies outside of work?
“In my free time, I pursue photography and videography, specialising in portraits and landscapes. I also enjoy playing the guitar, creating digital art, listening to music, and gaming online with friends.”
Q. What did you do before Both Brains?
“Before joining Both Brains, I gained diverse experience across multiple industries, beginning in hospitality and retail, then transitioning to Apple product reselling and repairing, while also pursuing photography as a side passion.
Q. What are you most looking forward to in this role?
“I am most looking forward to gaining knowledge and skills in the tech industry. Being able to add my skills where I can, and grow to be a proud contributing team member. I am also looking forward to making our clients’ lifes easier.
